« We came into town for a wedding and this apartment was the perfect spot to stay overnight. The apartment was very clean with comfortable furniture, and a Kentucky bourbon theme. Towels, washcloths, soaps, and bedding were provided. Check-in was easy. Thank you for a wonderful experience. »

« Perfect landing spot for a weekend in Bourbon County. Quiet, extremely clean and impeccably decorated. Fully stocked with thoughtful essentials. Loved our stay there in a Historic building. Easy check in and convenient onsite parking. »

« The first night we stayed here, we got locked out of the house because the batteries for the automatic lock had died. We called the maintenance guy, but he was not able to get in as there was not a spare key where the owner said it was. The owner stopped answering his phone and essentially left us stranded. We ended up having to crawl through a window to get in. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower is no more than a trickle. »

« Lovely apartment…elegant, hip, comfortable, spacious, well-appointed. Great location for attending the outdoor concert on Old Capitol lawn…or doing anything downtown. »

« I came in for an evening with my dog for a family members wedding. Mike was very friendly and responsive at my time. It’s a very beautiful piece of property. Additionally the rental area has everything you would need. You can tell that the effort is put in to be as helpful and accommodating for the stay. I would come again and appreciate the hospitality! »
