« This is our second stay at the Carriage House and we choose it because of its proximity to the clinic and comfortable layout. It also is on one floor and there's only two steps into the property with close parking to your car. A kitchen is well stocked and the furniture very comfy. The neighborhood is quiet and easy to walk. Kristen is a lovely host and we plan to return. »

« We typically travel with a group and this home had plenty of room for all of us. We stayed off season so the beach was not opened but looked nice. Our stay was comfortable and quiet. We did get to sit out on the back deck for some crisp air. We hope to stay here again the next time we are in the area. »

« The house was over 80⁰ when we arrived and when we finally got a hold if the contact, he said he was aware that the window AC that was listed was not actually installed. The upstairs felt more like a sauna than a bedroom. Opening windows was not an option since many didn't have screens on them, letting bugs in. Ended up leaving and getting a hotel room instead. »

« excellent food options nearby and fully stocked kitchen-fridge is outside your door- Slightly inconvenient, but not a deal breaker. Has comfortable beds, stayed here twice with increasingly nosy strange neighbors that don't appear happy their neighbor is a B&B - overall vibe "invasive". »
