« J'ai reserveé non fumeur 3 étoiles mais il n'y avait pas de chambres non fumeurs. Le Sunset nous a offert une chambre chez le Days Inn voisin au même prix mais l'état de la chambre était pitoyable. Le plancher n'avait pas été nettoyer depuis très longtemps. Le mobilier viellot. Nous souhaitons seulement ne pas avoir rapporté de souvenir non désirés dans nos bagages. »

« Upon check in, I was charged a $50 deposit. However I was unaware, until I checked the website that the deposit is actually only $20. I've been checked out of the hotel for a week and have yet to b refunded my $50 deposit I have spent days contacting them only for the front desk attendant to admit I should have only been charged $20 & not $50. Then the attendant went on to say I was being charged $20 for yellow stains on my sheets, which is absurd. I left that room clean when I checked...
