« Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again. »

We booked the stay in March & our stay was in September. About a month before our trip I messaged to make sure all was good with our stay and heard nothing back. « While I booked the reservation, upon arrival I walked in, saw the dark and filthy sights, smelled the rank air, and experienced one of the utmost, fraudulent ads for an accommodation ever in my experience with VRBO. In short, I simply could not stay in, what I would say, is a dangerous, unhealthy rental. Do yourself a favor…stay out! I called VRBO and pulled the plug. »
