« Clean, cozy, well stocked. Plenty of room for our family of 4. Beds were very comfortable and there wasn't a single thing that we lacked. Kitchen was well stocked with nice items, not half broken stuff left behind like many vacation rentals. As someone who prepares meals during trips that was very much appreciated. Will stay here again on our next visit. »

« Wow! What a perfect stay! We visited our Baylor Bear for Easter and found this cozy, clean, beautiful gem. It was absolutely perfect for our family. A short drive to downtown Waco, but far enough away that we could enjoy the stars at night and the beautiful surroundings during the day. There is a small grocery store and a few fast food restaurants within 10 minutes of the house. The kids loved sleeping in the sunroom and waking to the sound of birds in the morning. We also enjoyed the sunroom...

« We chose this property due to the close proximity to everything. A quick 5 minute drive to Baylor University. It is a quaint property. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch in the evenings. We were close to the Brazos River and the walking trails. We will definitely be staying here again. »
