« A pleasant place to stay. They serve a very nice breakfast. »

« Lois and Amy are always awesome! Easy check-in and out. We love being able to relax on the porch and hang out in the parlor. Breakfast is awesome. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants (bars!). We always meet friendly guests staying there at the same time. »

« A true B&B. You stay in a home full of antiques and historical photographs. The host was lovely and welcoming. I was on a business trip I had limited time on the premise, would have loved to sit in the living room a bit longer! »

« What a stunningly beautiful place to stay! The house is beautifully maintained and just emits a sense of history and tradition. The staff was exceptionally friendly and supportive and the property is in outstanding condition. The food was great and our room (the Signature Suite) was luxurious. Highly recommend this beautiful property as the place to stay in Olean or the immediate surrounding area. »

« Limited parking.... may have to park on the grass. The room was very clean and had some neat antiques in it. No coffee in room but can get in the hallway. The price does not include breakfast but it is available for additional cost. Host is fast to respond. »

« Be sure to ask to see some of the beautiful antique lamps that are on the property. Wonderful surroundings of fields and trees made for a restful, quiet stay. Our breakfast, our first day, led to a conversation from Timothy about dairy farming. We had no idea there was so much involved. We were glad to have found this place that was a comfortable alternative to the name brand hotels in Jamestown. »
