« The property checked a lot of boxes for the price, was well laid out and stocked, and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed cooking on the grill outside and the pools onsite were convenient and well liked by our kids. It is very convenient to both the beaches and the village, and if you brought bikes you could feasibly not drive while there. »

« Love the location of this house and the neighborhood. The house was well stocked in the kitchen (could use an additional casserole dish or two) and in the bathrooms. Laundry on the upper level was great. Having the golf carts were a real plus for our family of eight...easy drive down to the Pier area. Huge learning curve on the Nest thermometers - instructions in the guest book would be helpful. Also, we were unable to figure out how to turn the gas grill on - again, instructions in the guest...

« Property was great for my family get together, with wife, three adult children and grandchildren. Great bunk room for grandchildren and 4 other very nice bedrooms with baths. Pool was a real hit with the 7 - 12 year olds.This place is well worth the money. It allowed my family to spend time together in one spot as they live in Arizona, NY and Iowa. »
