« Poorly maintained condo. Mold on lamp shade and vents , dirty/ stained towels, food and bugs in kitchen area and rude host. Reached out to her to express concerns and ask for some type of compensation and she hung up on us. »

« The house was located in a nice neighborhood and an easy walk to town and the beach. It was a one-level ranch about 100 years-old, was clean with most necessary items available, and generally met our needs. The host (local property manager) was helpful. The kitchen was functional with an electric stove and microwave, and necessary pots/pans, etc. The dining and living rooms were spacious. The main bedroom and bathroom were comfortable. The king bed was nice with a dresser and closet available....

« From the minute we booked, Laura immediately answered questions and offered great advice for our first visit to St. Simon’s. She even let us know that we could check-in earlier! Her home-away-from-home was perfect for our family’s stay. The 3 bedrooms upstairs provide plenty of space and comfort.
