« The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable. However, there were no kitchen towels or extra covers. It turned cold. There were plenty of extra pillows but no extra pillow covers. It also needed a decor upgrade. We did enjoy our time. We love staying at king and Prince. Thanks! »

« A very nice condo in a great location! The unit is on the 3rd floor and there is an elevator and carts. You can see and hear the ocean at that level. The walk to the beach through the grasses and shrubs is beautiful! Nice wide beach. Everything I needed was in the condo including beach stuff in a storage unit. Communication was good and check-in was easy. St. Simon’s is beautiful and unusual. On,y 25% of properties are rentals, so it is a real low country town with gorgeous old trees festooned...

« The water had a very strong sulfur smell. We had to run the water for a while for the smell to get better. The condo was clean and decorated very nice. The plumbing needs to be upgraded. The shower is the master bathroom did not work properly the water barely came out of the shower head. The other shower did work in the other bedroom. Never used the washer. We had to unplug it because it would just start running all on it's own. ??? We really enjoyed St Simon Island. Very nice people, and we...
