« My boyfriend and I had the most amazing and peaceful two night stay. The view from our room was breathtaking. The dock had so many activities to choose from and we had it to ourselves almost the entire time. From the robes, the grill, the bath tub, the movies you can rent from the office, this place had it all. I really appreciated their attention to detail. « We had a wonderful four night stay. The cabin is roomy and furnished comfortably. The kitchen is well stocked, my wife was very happy with it. The location is quiet.On our third night there we were awoken by a smoke detector battery chirp. We tried as hard as we could to resolve it ourselves, but without a ladder we couldn’t quite get to it. We called the maintenance number at 4:30 am, and we were slightly surprised when someone actually answered the phone. 30 minutes later, the worker was...

« It was a pleasure to venture away from the ordinary hotel experience and enjoy something special and unique. We were able to experience an almost treehouse sort of adventure together, but with the same amenities as a traditional hotel/home. We loved the loft with the skylight. Highly recommend. »

« Two of us stayed at this beautiful property. We enjoyed the privacy and sitting on the back deck listening to nature. Easy access to a trail to walk was a bonus. We found ourselves relaxing so much we asked to extend our stay and the owners were very accommodating and made it easy for us to do so. We would recommend this house for so many reasons. « This little cabin was just right for the two of us. We were traveling during the day and staying at the cabin at night. The sunsets were beautiful. The cabin was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The host was very accommodating and responsive to texts. We had a good experience at the Sugar Shack. »

« This place was like srepping back in time visiting your uncle's fishing cabin and that was perfect. Cell service dropped at ghe beginning of the gravel rkad at the top and thst was fine by us.We brought books,guitar,hiking shoes,etc.and were very content. »

« This property is lovely, and the proximity to the lake cant be beat! The rooms are nice, and there were plenty of rooms for all 5 of us. "Cela fait deux hotels du groupe Whyndam en deux jours ou je passe une tres mauvaise nuit. Je me suis fait avoir par la nite sur hotels.com qui semblait tres convenable. La chambre etait en tres mauvaise etat et etait sale. Tapisserie qui se decroche, la ventilation de la salle bain qui se déclenchait avec la lumière ainsi que la climatisation faisaient tellement de bruit que je n'ai pas pu les utiliser. Etat de propreté de la chambre inacceptable. Voir photos ci-joint. Je serais reconnaissant si vous faites un geste commercial suite à ces nuits "
