« What a great little place, in the perfect location. We were able to walk to the heart of downtown Franklin. Would highly recommend to single/couples for a getaway. Only note would be parking. We had a large SUV and it was tight (doable but tight). Host was super accommodating and let us use other driveway when it was not in use. »

« Nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was as pictured. The hot tub was very nice and the master bed was really comfortable. »

« The cottage is perfect. Set in a beautiful landscape with a pool on one side and nothings but lawns and trees from every other window. Perfect for two people with a kitchen, dining area, front porch, and a fantastic screened porch from the bedroom. We sat there in the morning and evening feeling completed secluded, listening to nature in the breeze. There is everything you need for your stay and the hosts are accommodating and gracious. »

« What a treasure! Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. Even though we were only there one night, the appointments and amenities made it feel like home, but a step up. More than enough of anything we could need, and a quality that was truly inviting. The descent to the creek was steeper than we expected, but was still enjoyed by all. We are already looking forward to returning in the future for a longer stay! »

« No noisy neighbors in a restful setting. It was the perfect accommodation in which to freshen up and relax between our attending a couple of frenetic wedding functions. »

« Easy access. Nice accommodations. Quiet and peaceful location. My suggestion would be to invest in some nicer/newer towels. Garbage in lower floor bathroom had not been emptied »

« My husband and I stayed here with our daughter so she could ride a pony nearby. This cottage is nicely arranged, lots of extras (laundry pods and dryer sheets, YAY!) We arrived late, used the code provided and had NO ISSUES.:)) The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5- —we would have loved to be able to walk to dinner in town. The road does not have sidewalks and we did not feel safe walking, but the drive is literally just a few minutes away… so that’s nice. The beds are dreamy!! :)) Would...

« This property is exactly as described and a great place to stay with family. The neighbors were friendly, the views were beautiful, the beds were comfy and we really enjoyed ourselves. The communication was easy, clear and with quick responses. »

« Beautifully, well kept. Owner's communication was great and they even left us pastries. Property was very peaceful. Morning coffee walks and evening wine by the fire pit made the trip. One note, I suggest renting a car. Uber drivers are hesitant to go out to the area on weekends when they are busy in the City. »
