« It was our first time staying at this Kingsmill Resort property and it was a great location for our Colonial Williamsburg trip. We enjoyed walking around the Kingsmill Resort on the many paths. Also, the unit was well stocked with all of the necessary amenities, clean, lots of room and. Later this year, we will be back in the area and plan on renting here again. »

« We had a few issues with parking and WiFi the first night, but the rest of the trip was fine. Clean unit and host was responsive. »

« Unfortunately, the property was experiencing hot-water issues, which the owners knew about. When we first arrived after a 6 hr drive, we did not have hot water, and did not get hot water until late the next day. We were informed by the plumber that this issue affected previous renters, and I would encourage the owners to have it fully resolved before renting again. »

« Clean, well-decorated space. Close to beach access, shopping & dining. Parking is on-street only. Agents were responsive when questions were asked. Would stay again. »

« Beautiful resort area, unit is attractive, quiet, conveniently located. Nice view out the back deck. I had to change arrival and the host was helpful and responsive. I would recommend it for anyone and would be happy to stay there again. »
