« We have stayed at alot of BnB's......this one by far is the absolute nicest one. Super clean and spacious. We will 1000000% be booking this one every time we visit Fredericksburg. 2 rooms with 2 full baths....open floor plan. Tv in every room. One room has 2 queen beds and the other room has a king bed. Awesome showers. This place exceeded all expectations! »

« Super cute, clean and conveniently located. Offers everything that you can need and has a washer and dryer, which is a plus. Stayed here in November 2025 and planning to book again in 2026. »

« We did not do any outside time, so didn't use the area, but not much thought went into that area. Only one place in the house part we found odd was 2 doors hitting in the right bedroom and bathroom. One of those should be barn sliding so you don't have to close the bedroom door, to open the bathroom door. Not a major thing, but seemed odd with how well the condo was constructed. Again, the service from Absolute Charm was impeccable! »

« We had an ok stay and that was thanks to the amazing housekeeper and the help of the owner and the lady at Absolute Charm trying to all work together. We received the text that the room was ready after we had been walking for hours. Unfortunately the room was not ready. The owner quickly had the housekeeper come and she showed up quickly and was super personable and respectful. Everything was done and we had a nice weekend. »
