The few concerns we had was the pool could of been alittle cleaners and we we're never able to get the hot tub to work so we able to use because it because it was alittle cool. Besides that the houses was absolutely beautiful loved the peacefulness. »

« Lodging is a trailer in a rural area. Pictures of the interior are accurate; trailer is clean and cute.Outside property is not attractive at all, gives an impression of being an abandoned trailer.Not the right place for two ladies alone.Property owners should be required to post pictures of the exterior of the lodging. « My family of 8 adults and 6 grandkids stayed here for the Thanksgiving Holiday 2025. We had the most fabulous time at the Grand Oaks Ranch as it is an absolute must if you are looking for a place to enjoy the outdoors, ranch animals, superior interior accommodations, a pool, and a turf area for kids games like soccer and football!
