« Everything is this property was classy and cozy. The flow offers gathering spaces but also privacy with the bedrooms spread throughout the house. We all loved it so much. Our hosts were amazing and responded quickly to any concern. I highly recommend this property and would book again. »

« This little guest cottage was absolutely adorable! Our host provided everything that we needed and was so good about communication. The rural farm setting was exactly what we needed for the weekend getaway. We also loved that the location was close to some lovely areas that were on our list.I would definitely love to stay there again in the future! »

« The owner of this property, Mercedes, is great! I feel she truly wanted us to have the best stay possible and was SO easy to work with. My sister had the pleasure of meeting her and said, "she is so, so, so nice!". I interacted with her via text & she was prompt to respond & very kind & accommodating. « This cottage is beautiful and immaculately clean. In a very quiet neighborhood. It was just a 4 minute drive into downtown Franklin. Had it been cooler, we would've walked. It would only be about 20mins walk into downtown. Gorgeous and well maintained historic district. So many amenities nearby, history, whiskey and music everywhere. Owner was so kind in communicating when we asked questions. Would recommend, will book again. »

« We came to Murfreesboro for a weekend convention and were blessed to find this charming home conveniently located near downtown, with shops and restaurants nearby. The home was clean and comfortable, and incredibly charming with all the amenities one could need. The hosts were always available and quick to provide any information we needed on the town, restaurants, etc.. We had no complaints and would definitelystay again. »

« Cozy Cottage is so comfortable. It is perhaps the cleanest place we have ever stayed. So very clean. Easy to book and communications were excellent. Screened in back proch was also very comfortable. We came for a horse event in Lewisburg. Its about a 15 or 20 minute drive to all locations and loved being out in the country. Host recommended the Country Store for dinner and it was awesome too. Our Grandson stayed with us a couple of nights. He found children's books and games to play. Another...
