« We were there for 7 days & Everything was great but the adjoining property must’ve had a temporary dog staying for a few days because we didn’t hear it until the last 3 days & then it was barking, it must’ve been left alone at times & was right on the other wall behind the closet in our living room. »

« We enjoyed our stay at the Franklin Cottage but I had a hard time giving it all 5 stars. Pros: * location was in a quite neighborhood, easy to get to with a couple of coffee shops and deli within walking distance. * Gretchen was responsive to inquiries * appreciated having coffee supplies on hand Cons: * my biggest complaint was the bed in one of the bedrooms seemed like the mattress was from the 70s.
