« There are two rooms, coming off a lounge room, which are all very spacious, big tick. We arrived at 5pm. The whole place was locked up on a day that was 30 degrees. It was boiling hot. NO AIR-CONDITIONING AT ALL. None in the lounge, none in the bedroom. We opened it up but it was still unbearably hot when we went to bed at 10pm. The next morning it was already hot at 9am. This is a serious issue. The bed was comfortable enough but the mattress is showing signs of age. Toilet runs on tank...

« Property was really tired and rough around the edges. Chipped and cracked tiles along with flaking and faded paint, with mold in a few places. There was thick dirt scum on the fridge handle which I managed to clean off myself. But yeah, disgusting. Epic view of the water though, that was the highlight. »
