« The property was excellent! Very clean, the staff was wonderful , plenty of parking. We did not have breakfast at the property (not for any specific reason) but the front desk did inform me of the hours and was very nice about it. We have a trip comming up in August and are planning to stay here again. »

« Pepper Tree check-in staff were very pleasant and the desk was staffed even though we arrived late in the evening. The room was extremely clean and had basic amenities with a fairly large fridge. Only one thing was wrong--the sink's water spigot required brute strength to pull out to turn on the water. The location of this motel is very good--quite close to Highway 217. There was plenty of parking too. »

« Super hotel avec parking tres bien entretenu. Un sans faute. Situation centrale exceptionnelle dans le district etudiant de downtown. Personnel accueillant, sympathique et professionnel. Chambres parfaites bien equipées. Rapport qualité prix imbattable. »

« I was quite upset to wake up and found someone had door dinged the rental I have rented for the weekend. I wish people would be more careful. »

« The room with double bed is as expected in a Motel 6. Beds are not great and a bit small for 2 adults. We wanted to have some rest at the pool after a long sunny day… and the pool was closed ! I wish we had known that before booking because the price was not reduced. Of course no breakfast as usual in Motel 6. And the worst thing: the noise. The train is just behind the hotel. Will for sure never come back here. »

« I understand this was never advertised as a resort, but I did expect the absolute basics to function. Unfortunately, that appears to have been asking too much. The TV didn’t work, the shower wouldn’t drain, and the electrical outlets were so worn out that plugs literally fell out unless they were held in place with electrical tape. The first red flag should have been opening the room and seeing a mattress propped up against the window like it was part of the furniture package. Nothing says...
