« Overwhelmingly phenomenal. My personal experience was spectacular, partly because of the actual rental (the decor, the area, the elevator, The Deck!) but mostly because we got the opportunity to meet the owner herself, which is a gem of a person. You meet a lot of people traveling, but Vicki marked me profoundly. As for the actual site, we used it for 48h to visit Portland and Cannon Beach area, while on a 17 days tour of Oregon. The area is very high end, with really nice houses in the hills....

« Perfect combination of private areas and common areas. We used the well-stocked kitchen and eating area for several meals. Several people used the tv area for gaming. Others enjoyed talking around the fireplace. The separate bedrooms allowed people to work remotely without interruption. The four bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready for a wedding. « The host was responsive to inquiries sent to the app. The house was well equipped. The house was clean and well maintained. I liked that both bathrooms were accessible from the hallways. We parked one car in the garage and one car on the driveway. For some reason the entry code was not sent when we were supposed to be able to enter. I did get it from the host through the app, once it became clear I did not receive it automatically. I would prefer to get it earlier, and have the door code...

« This is the second time this year that our knitting group stayed here. It’s a fantastic home and the views from the property are beautiful. The home is so well built and lovely. I’ve not seen a better stocked kitchen and pantry although we struggled with the oven a bit. It takes a while to preheat and then when the timer went off, we kept turning off the oven also. The bedroom and bathrooms are just lovely and comfortable. We will be back I’m sure. »
