« My friends and I are older ladies and have been lifelong friends. We try to get together at the beach a couple of times a year and have always stayed at Waters Edge. This condo is my favorite by far, Theyf provide everything you could possibly need. It is very relaxing and comfortable. I will definitely try y to Sisay there again. »

« Elevators: Out of the 3 elevators, 1—and sometimes 2—were out of service. This caused waiting times of 5–10 minutes just to get inside an elevator. The room appeared clean at first, but there was sand throughout the space. - The bathtub and shower curtains looked new, but there was mold along the shower wall edges. - The main bathroom air‑extractor filter fell out and could not be reinstalled. - Several pieces of furniture were broken or scratched. - The kitchen sink triturator was clogged and...

« Very clean; easy to maintain pet area; very spacious with a large sink in the kitchen with lots of room to cook and prepare food. Very well lit. The host is very kind, gracious and accommodating. This was the second time we visited and we look forward to many more times of renting here. John and Carol »

« The area isn’t the prettiest with some abandoned hotels nearby but if you are looking for value for your money we recommend this hotel. It’s right on the beach and has a small but full kitchen to help keep food costs down. You can walk to several businesses and everything you need is within a mile or two. »

« It needs a remodel. The condo smelled so bad like weed. The thermostat is set on 72 and will not move. You can change it come back 5 mins later and it is back to 72. We will not be staying here again. I understand why the price was what it was. You pay for what you get I geuss! »

« Our stay was wonferful! The condo waz exactly as described. Loved the refrigerator having an ice maker & water dispenser. The view of the ocean was breathraking!!! « The host communicated easily with us to make sure we knew codes, check-in and check out times, and had instructions posted on the fridge to help us. The amenities were great and we encountered no problems or issues. The view from the balcony is amazing, great for people watching and just relaxing by the water. »

« The oceanfront condo was located within walking distance of a few restaurants. It was clean & the morning sun in the living room was really nice since it was cold out (came after Thanksgiving). Great communication with the host. It was about a mile to see the Christmas lights on the boardwalk. The condo building also had an indoor pool, lazy river and also a hot tub to enjoy!! Would stay again in this place. »
