« This was a great place to stay in Portland! Right beside a main road but absolutely no road noise. You are on a downstairs unit but we didnt have any issues with sleeping and my wife is a light sleeper. Not even a issue but while making breakfast we tripped a breaking because we had the stove, microwave and coffee maker going at one time. They responded immediately and had it fixed within time to finish making breakfast without delay. »

« This property is perfect for your stay in Portland it was in driving distance to all the activities we had planned. The view of Mt. St. Helens was specular, and the weather was just perfect coming from Louisiana with all the humidity. Loved the community fridge!!! This will be our place to stay when we visit Portland again. Highly recommended this luxury penthouse it was super clean and had all the amenities to make your stay perfect. Grocery store right in front of property which we loved. »

Of note, and we knew this going in, it’s the bottom floor of the homeowner’s house with its own separate entrance. There’s 2 side by side units on this floor so you may see your neighbors walk right by. You can also hear the homeowners above you at times. So good. Apartment was perfectly sized for two. Bed was very comfy, appreciated the convenience of media and TV, and grateful for the fully stocked bathroom. Would stay again in a heartbeat. »

"The sound from the fan outside makes a crazy noise, the answer was "oh we are very sorry" but we have no more room available right now. When you stay in hotel, it's just because you want to rest and sleep.It doesn't make any sense to rent a room where you cannot sleep in ! I haven't even spent the night because it was so noisy.I had to leave to another place in town. I've been staying to that place in the last 15 years.But that's the very last time. "
