It literally seems the place hasn’t been touched in 20 years- with much of the furniture old and flimsy. There was a very old bench with a broken leg in the side room, the light next to the bed is ancient and worn (very flimsy from too much use), and there were burnt out bulbs in two of the ceiling fans.
