« Our sixth stay: we fell in love with this house and the owners: impeccable property in a safe area and close to all services. The sea is barely ten minutes away. How sad to see the devastation of the last 2 hurricanes but people are working hard to erase the damage. People are very courageous. We are already looking forward to going back. »

« Our stay at the “Cottage by the Sea,” as we called it for a week, was wonderful! It was located perfect for a walk to get groceries or even a bite to eat. It had everything we needed, was clean, and a block from the turquoise ocean! The pool was amazing to swim in after my morning walks. This was our first trip to A.M.I., and we will definitely stay here on our return trip. »

« Very nice clean property, beautifully decorated (beachy style). Gorgeous sunsets from the deck. Short walk out the back door to the beach.The house has 3 floors. You enter on the bottom floor: bedroom, full bath, washer/dryer and garage. Small fridge in garage, which we kept full of water bottles for the beach. Second floor: living area, dining area, kitchen and a half bath, washer/dryer. Gorgeous views of the beach through two sliding doors leading to the deck. Ample room to gather as a group....

« The location was great. Really, there is not a bad location on all of AMI. Can easily walk from this home to the beach on the bay or gulf side. We did rent a golf cart for the week and would highly recommend one, but you certainly don't need one. You can rent bicycles or golf carts on the island from several vendors, and there is a place to do so within walking distance of the home. « It was ideal for a large group getaway. The kids particularly enjoyed the proximity to the beach, and the pool area stood out as a definite highlight for everyone. The view from the balcony was stunning, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. However, I did notice a few shortcomings in the kitchen amenities; it would greatly benefit from some essential items like oven mitts, a pizza cutter, and perhaps some nicer pans. Overall, it was a delightful stay and we would definitely come back! »

« I appreciate how clean the property was. The restaurant that is located next was very convenient. The property has good windows and no noise could be heard inside. I really enjoyed having lunch with my family outside under the house looking at the beach. »
