« Overall, we had a superb time. The place is amazing and was plenty big enough for our family of 26. The huge yard was a big plus as the kids played out there all day. And there were even more activities than were listed. It is easy to get to other places from the house. The owner was super quick to answer questions and take care of problems. « We could have over looked any other problems but the Air Conditioning did not work in one whole quadrant of the upstairs area and people could not sleep there nor stay there. They did try to fix the problem but it was never resolved even though they brought in an extra AC unit. That part was really miserable. »

« We had a wonderful time! Erin’s directions to the place were easy to follow. The unit was so cute, clean, and cozy! We never felt like we were sharing a building with any other guests—the unit feels very secluded and the stone walls make it very quiet and peaceful. « We spent a lovely, relaxing few days with my sister and her husband. We were far enough away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to Eureka Springs for exploring and eating at nice restaurants and shopping, as well being able to visit many sites each day. The VRBO was clean, felt plenty spacious for two couples, and had a lovely view! »

« This was the perfect rental experience. There was so many great things from tons of towels, ample room to spread out, every sink had a soap dispenser to all the necessities you could envision needing. We loved the ice maker. The view was spectacular. 5/5 experience! We will be back! »

« There was no heater. There were two electric blankets… only on worked. There is little light inside A-frame. Bring a heater and light source. One bathroom for all the A-frame cabins. Tough going in the morning. The scenery was awesome. The staff was friendly. Will get a larger unit if we return. »
