« This property was perfect for our annual reunion trip. Slight hike down to the lake, close enough to town that it wasn't a hassle to travel back and forth. The previous guests had left some items on the back porch, but within a few minutes their cleaning crew was there to tidy them up. Absolutely unheard of response time. Rooms were, comfortable, cozy, and quiet. The bathrooms were amazing and everyone had their own. Would 100% stay here again. »

« The house was very clean… that’s the most important thing to me. It has a nice view of the lake from the back deck! It was peaceful and quiet. We even had a deer wonder through the property one evening! There was a great choice of comfy pillows on the beds. Temperature controls in each room was awesome to have. Checkout was super easy… just had to start dishwasher and load of towels and take trash out. The reasons we didn’t give it a 5 star was that we wished it was furnished with a few more...

« This property was beautiful! It had lots of decks and a cool fire pit. The beds were comfortable and the set up was perfect for 5-6 people. It advertises it can accommodate 8 but I think it could only accommodate 6 comfortably as there are only two beds and there's a couch upstairs that 2 people could sleep on. My only complaints is that the refrigerator was a bit small, like a hotel fridge and didn't hold a lot, We were there for three days and I had four teenagers so brought lots of food)...

« Darling quaint small property for 2. Nice and clean with great location!! The bed is very comfortable and the kitchenette is a big plus! The a/c is only in the bedroom, which at 95-100 degrees in Arkansas is a bit lacking for those who prefer a cooler space. Any other time of year it would be grand! A little ventilation in the bath would be a big help. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again in cooler months! The owner is great and easy to communicate with. Affordable as well as...
