« Had a great relaxing time away with my wife. The peacefulness of the area was definitely a key factor. I was curious how being close to other houses would impact the peace and quiet, but the whole back area is angled in a way to seem like you were alone in the woods. We loved the house and everything it had to offer. The number of deer in that area made it especially fun. »

« Decided to try something different for a visit with our daughter at UArk and stayed in this adorable place away from the chaos of Fayetteville game day. It was just as described. Peaceful and quiet. Ken was an excellent communicator. About a 45 minute drive from Fayetteville, 10 of it on “mountain roads” Would suggest a car with sturdy tires. « Wonderful property!! Lots of room, every detail thought of and then some!! Great communication with the host. Close to everything. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again! »

« This VRBO is outstanding! It is absolutely beautiful! The home has anything you could ever need. It is extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The beds are very comfortable as is everything in the home. We had a group of 9 women for a weekend getaway and the home accomodated us all very comfortably. The host was lovely and extremely communicative. We loved everything about this VRBO! »

« The room is clean and very nicely furnished, the kitchenette has what we needed for having a light snack and cocktails. The cave right beyond the patio made it the most unique places we've stayed in. It's also right in the center of Eureka Springs making it a convenient to restaurants and shopping.Check in and out was easy the host responded to questions in a timely manner.If you have a lot of luggage the parking spot is a bit of a walk from the room. »

« Peas in the Pod was a great place to get away for my husband and me. It was comfortable and had everything we needed, including extra snacks and plenty of toiletries to welcome us, which was great, especially if you're arriving late at night. If you're looking for float trip or river rafting, it's the perfect location as it's right next to Float Eureka. We didn't bring our dog, but it was pet friendly. Check in was easy, and the owner was responsive with instructions to access property. »

« This home was amazing! Views spectacular! Only thing missing was rocking chairs for the decks. If they had those I probably would have never went inside. If you have a chance to actually get on the lake do it!! Owner was great with communication and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely miss waking up to that beautiful view every morning and playing games watching the sun go down! »

« Many good things. A little challenging to find after dark but a nice river property. A bit of a stretch to accomodate 17 adults, but our grandchildren were amenible to sharing rooms and beds. Six bathrooms were appreciated. A few minor suggestions - the gas stove front right hand burner didn't stay lit, the west door to the deck doesn't lock, some of the written instructions need to be updated i.e. one place it said to take the trash to the yard recepticals and another said there was a 50...
