Doing laundry and running the dishwasher was easy, and I appreciate that detergent, etc, was provided.My partner and I needed to stay and extra day due to migraine, and Jessica was extremely flexible and kind and was able to accommodate. Would definitely stay at this location again. »

« The overall stay was perfect. The location is convenient to local attractions. The bed & breakfast was clean and roomy with a nice covered porch perfect for sitting and enjoying the view. The innkeeper Miss P was amazing providing tasty breakfasts and yummy afternoon treats. We will definitely stay here again. »

« Check in was very easy and everything we needed was in the kitchen. Very clean and in a very secluded area. Lots of interactions with the host. Left us coupons to use at local Steakhouse. Great rib-eye! Gave us lots of info on different Antique shops to check out and info about downtown Bentonville Arkansas.Will definitely stay again next year. This is a place you want to stay!! »

« We enjoyed our stay at this clean, convenient property! The location was perfect for exploring Fayetteville and Bentonville. Having both Hugo’s and the Little Bread Company so nearby was awesome. The property is very small and the stairs may be daunting for those with mobility issues, but they were not an issue for us. Free parking behind the property was never a problem midweek in the summer. Communication with the property owner was excellent. We’d stay again. »
