« As a positive, Ahmed replied quickly to our emails. We unfortunately had to leave after one night though b/c my husband and child are allergic to mold and there was a smell of rodent urine in the bathroom. While Ahmed said the cleaning crew would take care of the mold after we left, I’m guessing it’s prob related to another issue in the bathroom.Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable. There was an A/C window unit in the smaller bedroom, but the cord wasn’t long enough to reach the outlet...

« How do I get my refund for this stay? There was an eviction notice in the front door, broken window, and the code did not work to even get in the unit. »

« The property itself is a lovely rental. Pictures were accurate, the place was updated and clean. Beds were very comfortable and location is near to everything. Great communication and easy entry. The only draw back of this stay was not with the property itself but with all the night time loud music and car reving coming from the street below until early hours of the morning. « Clean, spacious and comfortable apartment 1/2 hour from Cooperstown. Modern kitchen with everything needed. Nice park across the street. Parking area a little sketchy. There is AC in most of the apartment (including in one of the three bedrooms) - we were able to use the fan to make it work. Didn’t see any bugs mentioned in previous review (there was an ant trap in the kitchen but we didn’t see any ants.) Check-in was very easy through lockbox for keys. »
