1. Condo Water Street | Retraite du centre-ville moderne

North Downtown

« The property is in a great location for walking to shopping, market, restaurants, etc.The kitchen needs a few more utensils...namely a can opener. We couldn't get the ice maker to work, but it may have been operator error. It's located VERY close to railroad tracks...so if noise is an issue, or you get scared easily, you might think twice about staying here....but it wasn't a problem for us. We wanted to use the outside amenities....& they were Very Dirty...understandable that its close to the...

7. The Summit Two Bedroom Condo

Mc Gaheysville

« This condo is on the Massanutten Resort, so you have to go to the resort check in desk. The listing and follow up email give conflicting information about check in time (some places say 4pm others say 5pm) and the link in the confirm email for directions is not accurate.Use the address for check in that is in the confirmation email and the resort will give you the address for the condo and map. Lots of fun caves in the area and things to do. »

« We never received the check-in instructions. We had to reach out to the host on the ride to the property. When we finally got the instructions and went to the office, we were asked if we wanted to change our room because the room that we had booked and saw pictures of was going to lose power during our stay. Of course we opted for a different room. All in all very confusing at the beginning, but the property was OK. »

« Everything about this place is awesome. Quite clean and relaxing. The only issue I had the whole time there was the internet. The service SUCKS and I mean that with everything in me. Could not get connected no matter where I was inside outside hand up down anywhere. Went to other places and got two bars but that was it. Glad I didn’t go to do any work or I would have been out of luck. Would have to make some other plans for service. But would definitely go back with the family next time. »

« We are a family of 5 (two adults and three boys aged 3-9), and we stayed for a quick weekend away and to visit nearby Luray Caverns. When using the address provided in the instruction email, our GPS (Maps on an iPhone) marked us as "arrived" at the entrance to Massanutten. After a little trial-and-error, we found our way to "Check-In" near the pool. That was the only reason for the 4/5 star rating provided about communication. We did not have to communicate with the host otherwise. The condo was...
