« Excellent house. Second year in a row staying at the house and it is just perfect. »

« We were a group of seven adult friends and also had another seven guests visit for a sort of reunion event. This house is an open concept with plenty of space to enjoy inside. The best part about this house was the side and back yards as well as a porch deck with a picnic table and a roof. Given the space and dates we stayed, we would highly recommend this place to all kinds of of people/groups to rent. I should also add that this house is a great value and for sure we will very likely return...

« Maria was very friendly and accommodating and made us feel welcome right away. The house was clean from top to bottom. The property is in a quiet area and offers lots of privacy. My wife absolutely loved how "cute" the house is and said many times she wished we could move the house back to Delaware with us. « Perfect home for a small family vacation…or in my case a vacation to watch my son play at Cooperstown Dreams Park. The house is absolutely as described, the rooms immaculate, with attention to detail…and if you are looking for r & r the location is ideal. I enjoyed sitting out on the farmers porch, watching deer meander on by during the afternoon, and with a glass of wine under the stars at night. « We had the greatest family time eating our Thanksgiving Dinner and enjoying the snow. The house was spacious warm and comfortable. We played board games also put puzzles together. The little ones played basketball and rode bikes. HATS OFF TO YOU FOR YOUR BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY!!! »

« this rental was excellent ! If i could rate higher. My son and new wife got married at the Fenmore this past weekend. We stayed here- can't say enough how great it was-- very convenient- clean - large enough everyone had their own space. Game room was excellent for my grandchildren to hang in and also the groomsmen while getting ready for the ceremony. We were allowed to arrive early and stay over chek out time!! recommend highly !!!!!! »

« The check in was simple and easy! The house was gorgeous and the beds were so incredibly comfortable!! Everything was clean and everything you needed for the kitchen was there! »

« The location was good. The house has a ton of space. The property was peaceful. I wasn’t aware that the basement was rented out separately so when we arrived we were surprised to find a car from another state there. I also wasn’t aware that the house DOES NOT HAVE A/C! « Rabbit Run was everything we were looking for during our stay in Cooperstown. It was spotless, well-appointed, beautifully decorated, spacious, and incredibly cozy and comfortable. Steve and MJ were so kind and welcoming, which made our experience even better.
