« Bottom burner on stove did not work.Paint is pealing off kitchen cabinets. Small children were picking at it. One bath towel in middle floor bathroom. Nothing to step out on on. Trash cans are at a very inconvenient location especially when it’s raining. »

« Wonderful place to stay in Grafton. I found it very quiet and peaceful, not sure what the traffic is like in the summer. Exactly as described, clean, updated. I don’t know how the streetside bedroom bed feels, but the master bedroom bed was super comfortable. The master has an en suite bathroom with shower and tub combo. There is a small sunroom with an unobstructed view of the river. It was quite cold during my stay, but the sunroom got cozy and warm during the day. I didn’t get to use the deck...
