« My wife and I stayed there for a few days for her birthday. It was so peaceful there. The host keeps the place very clean and includes many additional thoughtful items. The trail is a nice touch and worth exploring. It was super hot during our stay and the A/C kept us nice and cool. »

« This is a beautiful property in a nice, spacious and quiet neighborhood. The check-in process was smooth. On the day of arrival the dishwasher was fully loaded with dirty dishes. We pulled out the daybed and found the television remote among dirt and litter. There were used towels on the floor behind the door in the main bedroom. »

« This place suited us so well. They had everything needed for our stay. The inside is all very new or in new condition. The house is very clean. They respond in timely manner to messages sent or questions you may have. They are very accomidating for sure. We all slept really well every night. The location was great for us, we were there to spend time with family. Highly recommend renting from them. »

« Great historic area and property was conveniently located for our visit to Alton & Grafton.The restaurant right across the street was a great spot for dinner our first night. The room arrangements worked out great with two bedrooms on one side of home and the other one on opposite (above garage loft).Stairs to two bedroom side are steep and narrow - fine for our stay but would create issues for elderly guests.Would definitely consider staying again if available during our next visit down. »

« nothing in the house was clean from the last persons stay , no cleaning supplies , trash bags , tissue , or paper towels , no microwave, spiders and bugs everywhere, comforters and sheets wasn’t clean dirty clothes from last persons stay everywhere host wouldn’t refund or accommodate and he walked in on us during our stay and house smelled like cigarettes »
