« The Art Chalet is an adorable property this SO close to the attractions in Highlands. The host was super responsive when we needed help lighting the pilot light to heat the home. It was cold when we came in and we had trouble finding and maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout the home. (I’m sure it can be done, but we weren’t there long enough to figure it out.) We were not aware that this is a 3-story home, and had to adjust our pre-planned sleeping arrangements to accommodate one...

« John was a great communicator and helpful! We loved it all- the game room, hot tub, rope swing, kitchen (was there over Thanksgiving), ample beds and bathrooms and towels. To note- be SURE for driving, to take Rhododendron. Host directions said that but I didn’t download prior so trusted GPS. Don’t. Also- phone will go on SOS for about 30 min prior to arrival (coming from Franklin) so be sure to save lock box code and accurate directions. We loved it and enjoyed for our family of 6 over...

« My wife and I stayed here recently for our anniversary weekend. We were very happy with the cottage and location relative to Main Street. The owners have put a lot of love in this cottage and it shows. We had one issue with the internet and it was resolved in a matter of minutes by the owner reaching out to the provider. If you're looking for a cozy cottage that feels secluded, but is only a short distance to all the shops/restaurants you've found it! Highly recommended! »

« This is such a cute little house! Perfect for our getaway weekend with 3 adults. Make sure you bring an eye mask if you're light sensitive... Lots of uncovered windows to enjoy the beautiful nature setting. A very close drive to Main Street in Highlands.... though not the safest walk at night with dark streets and no sidewalks. Host was super responsive and the house had everything we needed. Definitely recommend! »
