« We had a wonderful stay! Location was good, easy to find. Had a fenced yard for the dogs to run loose in. House was clean, had a musty smell. There is a dehumidifer though. We also got an air freshner and that helped. Stan was friendly and accomodating, just a phone call way. Will stay again when we are in Pierre. »

« This house was very cozy and so much space , where daughter and grandkids had their own privacy downstairs in evening. Absolutely beautiful scenery. And huge yard to run around in! Communication was excellent and very understanding!! Great weekend!! »

« Came to Pierre from Yankton SD to celebrate my oldest son's birthday. We were able to cook and have the family together in a very nice setting. Location is great for getting whatever you need while you are there. If you are looking for perfection, it's not for you (it's not a brand new house). But it was great for us, very comfortable and enjoyable. And the host couldn't have been nicer. I suggest calling him if you reserve it, some kind of breakdown between him and the VRBO site. »

« Home was clean and contact was good about getting back with questions. I would suggest a binder with WIFI info, special things about the home, what to do with the bedding (leave it as is or strip the beds), whether you are to wash your dishes and put away or leave, local attractions, stores, etc. »

« We stayed here while renovating a home we brought in the same town. Host was super kind and very quick to respond. Property was clean and comfortable. Will book again when we return to the area »
