Off site parking, in the City garage, was a little inconvenient. The Roku TV was a little confusing. Also, there was no standard cable TV channel subscription, so you could not watch standard TV programs, especially the World Cup. You needed to subscribe to streaming services. « This was the very best place that we have stayed for a vacation. The location is excellent. The beautiful loft was immaculately clean and so well appointed that we had everything we needed. The host communicated with us from beginning to end of stay. We would love to come back and stay again. »

« The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

« This location was perfect for a family of 3 with a teen over three nights. Walking into the plaza area is almost a straight shot. The area is safe, clean and quiet at night, even with being located a major thoroughfare. There are great grocery stores a few min drive away for cooking in and plenty of walkable food options for take-out. The space is lovely, just as the photos depict. « This townhouse was exactly what we required for our few day's-stay in Santa Fe, NM. The hosts were very communicative via email, and seemed ready to help in any way, again, via email and phone, should we have required assistance. The unit is comfortable and fully accommodating, and within walking distance of Old Town. We can certainly recommend. »

« The place and location overall were great. In close proximity to the rail yard and many great restaurant options. Easy access to parks and a very quiet neighborhood altogether.We did have a small issue with the rug upon arrival. The host promptly addressed it and everything was smooth sailing from there.
