« This is actually just a bedroom in a house with multiple other converted bedrooms serving as additional rentals along the hallway that lead to our room. This property is more of an hotel or house share than a VRBO in our opinion.The place was clean and prepared like a hotel, with soaps and other amenities. We requested an extra night and the host demanded (politely) that we pay in full in advance of our arrival, outside of VRBO payment policies. »

« The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

« We had a very nice weekend stay. Check in and communication were great. They even supplied coffee and tea for us. Very comfortable accommodations. Especially enjoyed the heated floors in the bathroom. Nice touch! »

« Fantastic place to stay! I’m so glad we had the opportunity to spend several days with this lovely space as our home base while visiting Santa Fe. It was perfectly located for us to explore. As a bonus - breakfast at Cafecito, located in the same building was wonderful. We are already planning a return trip! »
