He also refunded us $100 for the inconvenience, which was the following: This unit has a very loud water pump that goes on at random times (like 6:30 a.m.) and runs for about an hour. It sounds like a washing machine and is located in the bedroom. The furnace is also extremely loud when it goes on, with clunking noises for the first 5 minutes, and then it goes quiet. I'd recommend staying...
