« This property is well maintained! And even when we had a slight snag with our code upon arrival, management was so courteous and quick to resolve the issue. Enjoyed the peaceful location and the hot tub each night was perfect in the mountain air! »

« This rental was perfect for our family getaway. It was just as listed and great space for the entire family. The only thing was the refrigerator wasn’t super cold but we managed. »

« The blow dryer did not work and the Hot tube had a leak other than that it was really nice and loved how much room there was. »

« When we arrived in Ruidoso it was flooding but Marissa was so helpful in guiding us to a location that the kids could play games and we could relax & wait for the water to recede. Marissa went above and beyond to make sure we could get to the house safely and when we arrived she went through the house explaining everything to us. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. We were looking for wheelchair accessible with lots of space for kids and this home was perfect for all! Will definitely...

« Really enjoyed our stay. We felt right at home. Easy access to anywhere we wanted to go. If not comfortable driving in a town u are not familiar with they do have Uber and Lfyt services.Would recommend staying here. »

« We really enjoyed our stay. The views were amazing and the house was just like the pictures. We had deer right outside the cabin and saw elk when driving around the neighborhood every afternoon. Great location being close to Ski Apache, ski rental shops, and about a 10 min drive into downtown Ruidoso. There were a few maintenance issues that needed addressing but nothing that affected our stay or overall review. »

« We had a family of 11 with ages ranging 12-72--and we found this rental to work well for us. The view--we all agreed--was spectacular. It was where you'd find each of us watching the sunrise in the mornings, and star gazing in the evenings. The driveway was steep, but our more adventurous drivers took it with ease (at least after the initial drive up). The pool table was used frequently--and enjoyed. »
