« It was a great little house. I liked that there were plenty of plates and stuff so we didn't have to wash them after every meal.The only concern I had was that there didn't appear to be any working smoke detectors. The one on the wall of the hallway looked old and didn't seam to be active. »

We stayed for a month and found it to be perfect in terms of having everything we needed, and being close to downtown and the courthouse. Several great restaurants within walking distance. Felt safe. Super comfortable beds. Enough space to spend time together to get work done, but also have privacy from each other as needed. »

« This Roav managed apartment in downtown Spokane was just want we needed. The location is excellent – a quick walk to Riverside Park and other central Spokane attractions. Lots of great coffee shops, restaurants, shops and entertainment, all within easy walking distance. The apartment is cozy, with large windows in the living/kitchen area which let in lots of great light. The kitchen was well equipped. « Very nice place for a trip on a budget. If you’re 6ft or higher be aware of the short ceilings, you might need to duck down quite a bit. The neighborhood might seem a little sketchy if you’re not used to cities but you’re completely safe. Be aware before you rent you’re in the basement of where the people who own it live. Walkable to downtown, the river and anywhere you could want to go. Overall I recommend this place. »
