« First of all let me say this is my third stay in this community but my first time at this cottage. My husband and I came with a large group who rented other cottages in the neighborhood and we brought our dogs. The location is perfect and the house was also great for what we needed. The street is quiet and the pool is always empty for the most part. We will most definitely be back and we can’t wait. Don’t forget to hit up local spots in MB! « The family really enjoyed our stay at this charming Old Florida house from the turn of the century. Great location, plenty of space in the fenced yard for our boat trailer. The house was comfortable with everything you need for a weekend getaway. We brought our dogs which was a plus! The house had tons of character being over 100 years old. Jason was very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again. »

« This place was awesome, we stayed for 7days. It was very nice, good view of the bay from the dining room. The bed was very comfortable. The house was clean and everything set up for us. There was extra towels, since we were staying so long. The Shower had nice pressure and overall we loved the tiny house vibe! We even booked another stay while there. We visit the area 2-3 times a year and this will be our new place to stay. »

« Stay was wonderful! Close to all of my favorite places! Beaches were a minute away, cape San blas just a short drive, and my favorite places to eat! Always a wonderful lace to visit and the neighbor hood so very very quiet. So I was very pleased. »

« The accommodations were great! 4 bedrooms with joining bathrooms were perfect for our large family. It was in the quiet part of the cottages, which was perfect for relaxing! Would stay here again! We spent a lot of time in the kitchen and on the front porch. »

« Booked this pretty last minute to get the family some vitamin sea and it was great. Check in was easy, property was just as pictured. Lots of little extras (cleaning supplies, soaps, coffee pods and creamer) in the house really helped us settle in quickly. My youngest was blown away you could turn the couch into a bed! Would recommend and would absolutely stay again. »

« The location is great, between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe. The home itself is in a great location within the community. Close to the pool and still in a quiet area. We did bring extra towels and wash cloths based off of another review and we’re glad we did. We loved our stay and had a wonderful time. »
