« Wir haben das Cottage in top Zustand vorgefunden. Alles ist super sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir können das Cottage nur empfehlen. Kevin ist ein aufmerksamer Vermieter, der sofort zu kontaktieren ist. Sowohl check-in und -out sind reibungslos. Die Entfernung zwischen Beach und Tallahassee war für uns Ideal. Vor Ort ist alles zu bekommen, was man braucht (Lebensmittel, Tankstelle.....). »

« The cottage was reasonably priced. It was perfect for me, since I was the only one traveling. When I arrived, the place was clean. It was very close to all the events I was attending for the weekend. All the restaurants and venues I attended were within 1 - 1.5 miles with the exception of 1, it was 8.5 miles away. I would gladly rent this cottage again if I was in the area. I had a few questions for the host manager, and she responded in a very quickly manner. »

« Property needs some love. Does not look like listing photos. Yard full of dirt and ant hills. Fence was falling over when you try to shut it. Interior of home was not the cleanest. Shower smelled of mold and was not clean. Check in was easy. »

« Well, where do I start? So many great things about this property and the host! In addition to everything being off the hook fantastic probably the top two is the exceptional communication and it being pet friendly!! The property is beautiful and very clean! Plenty of thought went into what is needed for a comfortable stay from a well stocked kitchen to the living area, bedrooms, and bathrooms! All we had to do was show up and get a few groceries and everything else was in place! A five star...

« Very clean and spacious. All amenities are up to date and the house had a great layout. The extra fridge in the storage room was a huge bonus as well! Host is also very commutative and answered all our questions! »

« My only to grips are one the door to our place wouldn’t lock from either the inside or outside. Messaged host with no response so we just bungeed it. Second there was a stray cat that would not leave us or my dogs alone. My husband and son are highly allergic and my dogs (chihuahuas) we almost attacked by it. It kept hissing at them. Otherwise the place was fantastic! »

« One of the nicest houses we have stayed in! It was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice and friendly. We enjoyed 2 of the pools. Due to Tropical Storm Bertha our beach days were less than expected but the pools were perfect! We went down to Mexico Beach twice at the end of the week.
