The house is so clean, comfortable and has everything you need. From the tasty goodies in our welcome basket to the expansive screened porch to watch the river flow by. « The listing was exactly as depicted. Host was communicative. Furnishings were comfortable. The only constructive criticism I would like to offer is that (1) we were 3 adult women, and only provided 3 towels and washcloths for 3 nights. We had to wash the towels to be able to continue using them. (2) there were only 3 total garbage bags for the small trash can in the kitchen. We cooked each day and filled them up daily. We had to buy more. (3) there was a dish sponge and dawn dishwashing...

« Our stay was perfect. This home was everything that was advertised and met all of our needs. My son in-law brought his 24' Pathfinder that we were able to dock out back, making our boating days so easy and after there was the coolest tiki bar area on the bottom level that was a great hang out spot after our day on the water. Home is perfectly located to springs and on the water dining as well. Highly recommend. »
