« My daughter and her bridesmaids stayed here the night before her wedding and the house was perfect! So clean, nicely furnished, and a beautiful space for them to gather. When the host found out they would be getting ready for a wedding they brought in some extra mirrors for them to use, which was a nice extra touch. »

« We were in town for my Grannys funeral. She grew up in this area. This house was perfect. It was walking distance to downtown. Plenty of room. Nice sized kitchen. Very clean with the peefect backyard for visiting. Will stay here again when we are back in town. »

« Great stay. We were in town for Rock the Country. The place was clean and comfy. We had everything we needed while there. The area was quiet and the beds were comfy. There was no cell service (T-Mobile) but we had great WiFi.The owner was easy to work with, let us check in early once it had been cleaned, quick to respond to messages. We were sent all of our check in info the night before. We will definitely be back next time we need to stay in the area! »

« Great location…close enough to tournament site and food. Perfect size house for our group. Able to enjoy our own space over the weekend instead of in a cramped hotel room. »

« This place was s amazing and so was the host Mary and property managers RJ and Angel. Communication was fantastic and the host was very accommodating even making sure we had a waffle maker. The beds were all very comfortable and the sunsets each night were breathtaking. We will definitely be coming again if we ever get back to Prestonsburg. »

« The Inn itself met all of our expectations. Wonderful ensuite rooms with very comfortable beds. The location was amazing, right in downtown Ashland and walking distance to our celebration of life venue. Our host Annie was attentive to our service needs and allowed an early entrance to the home as we arrived.The coffee units seem to need upgrading as some were non functioning. I have to state that I was taken by surprise that we were being watched either by a neighbor or a security camera. ...

« The home is located near Marshall University and near St. Mary’s. Downtown Huntington is a short drive. The home has been updated and has very comfortable furnishings and new appliances. Plenty of room for a family. We had a great time visiting friends and family in the area. The host was fantastic with communication. »

« We had a wonderful time. Got to see deer, squirrels, birds ,and visit the beach. Loved the place. Not to far for grocery store. Peaceful and quiet. Most of all I got to spend time with my son and grandson. Just relax and talked and ate. That’s what family time is. »

« Very cute, clean, well stocked property just as pictured. Host was easy to communicate with and very responsive. We stayed here while our daughter visited Marshall-much nicer than being in a hotel. The neighborhood is in an older area of town. »
