« The fire alarm went off @ 1:30AM. There was no communication from management & some of the guests on my floor discovered there actually was a fire in a trash can in the outside smoking area ( which left a dark suite mark on the building and melted a 5-6 ft section of the soffit. The fire truck was not called and there was now communication from management about remunerating guests (e.g. by a discount on a night's stay in the future, etc) It was scary and quite disappointing. »

« Positive points: staff very smiling, nice and helpful. Very comfortable bed and sufficient breakfast (no more) Negative points: the walls are very thin (you can hear everything) and a train passes every morning and honks by the way, wifi can be improved, no way to change the tv chanel »

« Our reason for going to a cabin at the end of each year is to recharge and find ourselves. Just me , my husband and our two German Shepherds. This cabin is away from everything and did what we wanted. The host Donovan was very easy to work with and very respectful. We would recommend this cabin to anyone. Clean and well taken care of and the catfish in the catch and release area were huge and fun to watch eat the feed we brought. Five stars! »

« Hot tub is a nice amenity, super secluded, lots a squirrels. The cabin is very clean and clutter free. The listing should definitely include 4X4 when possible because someone in a lower car wouldn’t be to happy with the road or driveway, just an fyi for future renters »

« My husband and I got married in that cabin a few years ago and we now have a baby so it was great watching our baby play in the same place we got married »

« It’s a beautiful home that was perfect location for my large family to meet for an early Thanksgiving dinner. We had plenty of rooms and a large kitchen. »

« We liked the location. A lot of places within walking distance. When we arrived were checked in, given key cards but no cookies and no explanation why the gentleman before me got a cookie. I came down later and asked for a cookie and the lady said they had to get more is why I didn’t get any. Key card has a piece of paper that said breakfast was served 6-10 am. Woke up next day, Sunday, and walked past the clerk to the breakfast room and no breakfast. Was told it’s 7am on Sundays. So, we left...

« Carpet ripped and torn at the threshold. It was a handicapped room and I fear it was destroyed by wheelchairs constantly going over it. Otherwise, room was very nice, quiet and comfortable. »

« AC did not keep room cool. Room smelled musty, staff was very rude!!!! Charged a $100.00 Dep and it said nothing about it on their web site. »
