« Pulling into the neighborhood, we immediately had concerns. Unfortunately, those concerns were confirmed as soon as we entered. This property looked nothing like the listing photos or prior reviews.Cleanliness was a serious issue. The half bath had clearly not been cleaned, the floors throughout the house were filthy, and there was a strong, unpleasant odor. « The place was great for our stay to visit the Precious Moments Chapel. The beds were comfortable and the home was very clean. It’s conveniently located one block from the convenience store, grocery store, Dollar General and Scooters. My little suggestion would be to have a mirror in each bedroom. We had three women getting ready and only one bathroom having the only mirror in the house. We enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again if we make any more trips to Carthage! »

« RENTERS BEWARE. Our check in time was 3pm, i never got a check in code until midnight, 8 hours after when we was supposed to be able to check in, only because i messaged the host 6 times before getting the code, at which time, i had already booked a hotel for the night. We went the next day to check in, opened the front door and the smell was terrible! It was freezing cold inside the house with no way to turn on any heat. The location is terrible. I messaged the host once again and 24 hours...
