« The rental is in a perfect location - walking distance to the Mothman Museum and other attractions and shopping. The host is welcoming but hands off. The place is a little drafty but they've provided plenty of blankets to keep you cozy. »

The furniture, appliances, and fixtures are sturdy, in great condition, and of good quality — much better than in other properties we’ve rented! Check-in was a breeze and Matthew communicated with us very well. The play room upstairs was great for my nieces and nephews when they came to visit us one day. « The Inn itself met all of our expectations. Wonderful ensuite rooms with very comfortable beds. The location was amazing, right in downtown Ashland and walking distance to our celebration of life venue. Our host Annie was attentive to our service needs and allowed an early entrance to the home as we arrived.The coffee units seem to need upgrading as some were non functioning.
