« The place was clean except for the rug in the living room that needs to be replaced because that's the first thing you see when you walk in . The refrigerator is very small. The mattress is extra firm which I don't mind but my husband hated and the bathroom sink is very tiny. Don't even try to brush your teeth in it or you will wind up with water all over you and your feet. It's in a perfect location and it worked well for what we needed. Just beware if you're coming with a bunch of food it will...

« We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again! »

« Great little property for hotel alternative. Location is awesome. Walkable to downtown as well as lots of trails around the river that runs through town. Clean and quiet. Plus they let our dogs stay with us. A must for us. Thank you! »

The owners were very hospitable and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this property for a genuine feel of what the area has to offer. « My concern was the lack of heat upon arrival - I understand the gas stove needed repair but it look a day for the electric heat to warm the rooms and floors (the bathroom floor was the worst!) The air temp the first morning was 54 degrees. »
