Then around 10pm the people upstairs were so loud.. Walking around on a Harwood floor. Moving Furniture. This happened every night. We didnt sleep much! Even w. The sound machine provided. If your a heavy sleeper you are fine! »

Everything ended up being totally fine, just not a great first impression. The door handle did not keep the door shut and locking it did nothing at night.
