« People looking at this should book it. Host is very responsive and has done just a fantastic job setting it up. VERY comfortable and everything I could think to need was available there. The outside of neighbors in complex look a little run down but this place was just top notch!!! The city of Greenville was amazing and honestly I cannot wait to return. Hopefully this unit is available then. Thank you for the stay »

« I spent a weekend here with a group of friends. We had a great time. The townhouse is clean and comfortable. It is easy to get to and the drive to downtown isn't bad. Communication with the host is terrific. I recommend the place »

« Was in town for a travel baseball tournament and after a long day under the sun, this house was such a pleasure to come back to. Everything was PERFECT with all the essentials already provided, the layout of the house is very spacious and well decorated. Beds in every room are very comfortable and you can just tell the owner really put so much thought into comfort and accommodation. Will absolutely stay every time when visiting Greenville/Greer area hands down!!! »

« My husband and I went to lake greenwood to look for waterfront property. We stayed in this cozy, peaceful waterfront lake house! Catherine was absolutely wonderful to deal with, quick response when i asked for an early check-in and late check-out due to flight departures and arrivals! She was understanding and accommodating to our circumstances! This help reduce the stress if searching endlessly for our perfect retirement slice of heaven on Lake Greenwood! »

« We've stayed here before and enjoyed our stay. This time we arrived to new blinds on the windows. After a hectic day of running around it was so nice to come back to the house and relax. We enjoyed walking with our dog out in the front yard and I enjoyed the tree swing. We will definitely be going back. Close to shopping and restaurants. »

« I had a great stay, clean, comfortable, easy access appointed perfectly well.The neighborhood was great. It was quiet and safe. Very close to the main stream of town.The only thing I suggest is that blinds be put up on the windows. the curtains are difficult to maneuver for privacy. Especially the kitchen needs privacy as those back homes can see straight into the kitchen area at night in the bathroom connected to the bedroom. The light fixture nearest the shower does a lot of blinking. I don’t...

« This was our first ever stay with VRBO & we were super happy with how it worked out. The house was very clean and on a cute street in downtown Greenville. The hosts were kind w/ very clear communication. We were really impressed & would stay here again! »
