« The property was very clean and orderly. Plenty of room for a family of 4. While we stayed for only 2 nights, we would have enjoyed the property for a longer period of time. The kitchen was nicely stocked for any duration of stay. Beds were comfortable with plenty of bedding. We used the washer and dryer-very nice quality. Property was also aesthetically pleasing. It was evident every decision was mindfully made. The location was convenient to great restaurants and downtown. We would stay here...

« I would definitely stay here again. However, i would note several things. The listing says a 5th person could sleep comfortably on the couch. Where in the world do guests 3 and 4 sleep? There is one bed and one couch. The bathroom is at best, compact. There is no way 5 or even 3 people could share the bathroom. Also, the shower grout is either old or dirty. Somewhat off putting. Also, we aware of the noise! The businesses around him have pounding noises day and night. They also have their trash...

« Space was very pleasant and accommodating for us. Had a slight issue with the key fob but the property manager was super responsive and fixed it quickly. Location was neat with a pizza joint & brewery essentially attached to the loft apartments. Would book again and recommend for a small family or couple »

« The house was in good shape and was clean. It was as described, besides the backyard being shared with the duplex nextdoor. The check-in process was easy and the host responded quickly and was flexible. He helped us when we had to make a last minute change in plans and accommodated us. »

« This is a very clean studio apartment with everything in good working order. It is larger than I expected and quite comfortable for meals and relaxing. The queen bed and single rollaway were great. The sofa bed, like most sofa beds, would probably be ok for kids who can avoid the support bar but not the best for adults. Would definitely stay here again. »

« The place was exactly what we needed.It was close enough to everywhere we needed to go. Inside I felt like someone was very meticulous on details to make sure everything was well placed in and that every inch of the apartment was utlized well. Thw outaide makes you think you got a lemon once you walk in, you feel at home. »

« Was in town for job interview and looking for houses. Wanted a place downtown that gave me an opportunity to get a good feel for the Greenville community. This place was amazing!!! Close to great bars and restaurants! Lots happening downtown and I got a front row seat. If you are traveling to Greenville, definitely consider this location. The hosts were prompt and friendly. »

« Everyday was pleasant, peaceful, and quiet. The owners were easy to contact and very hospitable. I would recommend this to everyone looking for a nice, quiet, family oriented stay in the Spartanburg area! »

« Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions. »
