« This unit is a great place to stay to enjoy Greenville. The location is just a half block off Main St, but it is not noisy at all. The unit is spacious and comfortable, with comfortable beds and a well-stocked kitchen if you want to do any cooking in the room. You can walk to any of the downtown attractions easily, including a nearby grocery store if you want to get snacks or food for the room. « Great space for two friends meeting up in Greenville. Plenty of room, very comfortable. Nice for each of us to have our own bathroom. Could accommodate two couples easily. Property manager is good communicator. Be aware that workspace is not separate from the common areas-it’s basically a desk. But there’s a good sized table if you need to get some work done and want to spread out a little more. There’s really nothing in walking distance but it’s a quick drive to downtown, arena, airport. »

« Property was not cleaned, had to clean myself. Trash was left in both bath bins. Had ants in kitchen. Strong pet odor in master bedroom caused my kids to sneeze and 1 kid had itching every day. Fridge had food in it and was dirty. Washer and dryer were both full with laundry. Couch has stains. As do the mattresses, pillows, box springs. Baseboards throughout the apartment were dirty. HVAC return vent was dirty. Left a day early because of the conditions. »
