« What a wonderful space! My husband and I spent a week there working remotely while our daughter was at sleep away camp nearby. The location was perfect and was very quiet tucked away a block off of Main Street. We also had plenty of space to both set up work spaces (something that was hard to find downtown!). We enjoyed walking to restaurants and running on the Swamp Rabbit Trail, which was easy to access from downtown. »

« We loved the location! It was so convenient to come back and forth as we visited the downtown area including the parks and water area near the Reedy, time walking and bike riding on the Swamp Rabbit walkway, and enjoying the numerous and varied restaurants.The only location issue was the absence of an elevator on the property. Some members of our group had developed some knee discomfort during their travel to Greenville. Lesson learned...double check accessibility when searching properties! »

« We have traveled to Greenville for over 30 years. Staying at 4 star hotels and other highly rated rentals, but this by far has been the best accommodations and location that we have rented. The apartment was beautiful and the location was prefect for experiencing downtown Greenville and the parks. Park and enjoy! Our host, John was very responsive in addressing my questions. His instructions for check-in and out were spot on. Also affordable for amenities and location. We recommend 100. »

« We had a wonderful stay at this condo, the condo was clean and orderly, access was very easy. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions or needs. »

« Property was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go - riverwalk, breweries, restaurants, shopping. Beautifully decorated, comfortable unit. Had to park our 2nd vehicle (small Class B RV) elsewhere, but we did find a spot a couple of blocks away. »

« Huge space that has been imaginatively designed. Contemporary overall feel with lots of original brick from the historic structure. Decor is lovely too. The location is fantastic, in the heart of the vibrant downtown. We had a lovely stay. »

« This Downtown Dreamin' Condo was amazingly large, equipped, clean and within walking distance of everything! Highly recommend and will be back!! »

« This condo was decorated so cute and perfect for a family there to watch the baseball games like us. It was walkable to everything. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We needed a later check out and she generously agreed. We will be back next year for sure. »

« My wife, daughter, her husband, and I spent a few days in Greenville. The property is in the middle of everything the area has to offer. We couldn’t have asked for more. »

« This property is not as described. Throughout the whole listing it states you will have the whole condo to yourself. You do not have the condo to yourself. The owner actually stays there as well. There is no mention of anyone smoking and the house smells of cigarette smoke. It is in the sheets as well. My clothes reeked of cigarette smoke. I did not feel comfortable being in a house with a strange man. I did leave early the following morning. Had I known that it was not thw whole condo, I would...

« We spent a week in the Greenville area looking a prospective property to purchase and this loft was perfect. It only took us 10 min to drive to Greenville and less than 30 min to surrounding communities. The loft itself was spacious, modern, and clean with a well stocked kitchen. It is a very nice place and would try to get it again if we come back to Greenville. »
