« Very detailed check in instructions. Condo is clean and very nice with great proximity to downtown Greenville restaurants, parks, etc. Parking in garage behind condo is $10 per day. Communication with host was super easy and he was very responsive and thoughtful. »

« I booked this condo for my son who was getting married over the weekend. All of our venues were downtown Greenville. This place was around the corner from the church, across the street from reception, and 2 blocks away for rehearsal dinner. It was a super cool place, I bet he wish’s he could have spent more time here. My sister in law catered lunch for the 9 groomsman here and there was plenty of seating for all. I am so excited I found this place, would love to recommend to any out of town...

« The location is fantastic. It is in the heart of downtown and everything was an easy walk or you can rent electric bikes and hop on the rabbit swamp trail. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Showers had body wash as well as shampoo and conditioner. We had an issue with some lights and Bill came the next morning to fix it. You do hear the music at night, but it did not bother us. »

« Perfect location!! Very large spaces and beautifully decorated. Very clean and great view out of the windows. Close to everything!! You can walk to the falls and restaurants and shopping. It is very loud at night until about midnight from the bar/rest below the unit if you are sensitive to noise. That was the only negative. There were so many other positives!! Great place!! »
