« Very detailed self check in instructions. The entire unit was clean, comfortable, and as described. My only complaint is that the duvet on the bed was too heavy and hot for my personal tastes, and I didn’t see an available alternative blanket. Great location. Parking around the corner. « Heidi’s place was a great choice for us! Walking distance to all downtown Greenville has to offer, plus the condo itself has lots of character and charm. Bedroom and bathroom upstairs and a half bath downstairs, nice kitchen which we didn’t really use. Coffee Underground is in the basement of the building, entrance is just around the corner. « Not the best experience, even if space is well-appointed1) The door lock is a keypad & it stopped functioning on our 3rd day. We were locked out of loft 3 times & the code would not work. They couldn't figure out why/what was happening. After 2 lockouts they sent someone to change batteries, didn't help. They tried locking/unlocking the door remotely (a little scary from a security standpoint) - didn't work consistently. 3rd time lock seized & they left us standing in the cold with no solution....
