« The Sands is an old-school motel, but the room was clean and comfortable. »

« a good expierience »

« Dirty. Sheets had others people’s hair and crumbs on them. Floors weren’t swept well. »

« This motel was better than I expected. The owner was so friendly. It was clean and I felt safe. It was comfortable and I slept well! »

« Kudos to whoever restored this motel, as the layout is perfect and the rooms are excellent. Would definitely recommend ( and will stay in again someday ). »

« The motel is held by a bank so little to nothing is being kept up. The pool is closed and the tarp is no longer stretched across the pool. Looks terrible and may be a safety hazard. Staff is doing the best they can but they can’t do much with old, worn furnishings and gray well-used towels. »

« Staff is friendly helpful and pleasant. Stay was quiet. would be nice to have some lotion available. »
