« The best vacation of my adult life! Nothing better than sitting on the front porch listening to the rain. The house was amazing, and had everything you could ever dream of needing. In addition, the beds were very comfortable. The host was fantastic at responding quickly. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again! »

« By far the best place in Cuchara we have ever stayed with for a trip. Extremely clean, no pets or pet hair, extra amenities(coffee, tea, qtips, etc) The location is beautiful, the condo is perfect, Did we mention it is Pet Free, which is great for people with animal allergies. This property rates a 10 every way you look at it. We will gladly stay here for years to come. »

« Beautiful home and the last one at the end of the road built in the edge of the mountain. Stunning views from the front yard rocking chairs! Comfortable beds and everything we needed inside. I wish we had more time to enjoy the amenities like the rear deck. Everything about the home is very private. »

« This was our second time staying at the Lil Restin and we absolutely love it. The cabin has been maintained well and it is very clean. The host kept in contact and made check in easy. We enjoyed sitting on the porches and watching all the hummingbirds. It’s a great getaway to enjoy peace and quiet. We will be back! »

« We chose the Bunkhouse for its remote location that made it perfect to watch the stars. The beauty of the surrounding landscape and the rich history all around were added bonuses.
