« My family and I had a great stay at Poplar Woods! The host was so welcoming and the cottage was clean and bright and beautiful. The large picture windows allowed the beauty of the wooded lot be the star of the show. We visited in late February but this is truly a spot that can be enjoyed year-round. My sister-in-law is already talking about returning for her next girls’ getaway. I hope to be back as well. »

« Host interaction can definitely be improved, as per host “they were unable to send messages on the app”. Driveway was unsafe - super slippery, slipped a few times myself, we had a year old baby but luckily no body got hurt and it took me almost 20-25 mins to get the car up. A couple of things that were not working at the property “ Wifi password didnt work, Refrigerator water and ice dispenser didnt workFire place didnt work- no remote”. « Great place to stay with friends and/or family. Really well set up for whatever you are looking for. Quiet neighbourhood - was a great escape from the city but felt very comfortable. Easy to get to town or chill out at the private beach. Really felt like you were part of the community. We will be back. »

« The house was warm & inviting when we arrived as we did Xmas in the house. Plenty of private space for 3 small families. House had fireplaces to take the dampness out. A lovely tree was assembled. Hot tub was a treat for all of us while watching a colorful sunset. Hosts were very helpful & accommodating. Could not have been a better place for our needs! Even a winter bar que! »

« This was the perfect place for a short getaway to Bayfield. The back (enclosed) porch was the ideal spot to enjoy a coffee, have a conversation, or read a book surrounded by greenery and light filtering through the trees. The whole family could fit around the table in the porch, and my kids also loved that they each had their own room.
