« This establishment should not be rated more than 1 star. I have been in 2 star hotels that are way better than that. For the price I paid, it is definitely not worth it. For a few dollars more, you could get a 4 star hotel. I would not price this hotel more than $100. They overcharge because Grand Bend is a hip place to go. »

« We got there an hour early before checkin, we messaged the contact we were given, they said we could check in early for $25 extra! We were going to use the pool but it was packed, only to find out it’s a public use pool and anyone can use it if they buy a drink. We seen under age 16 kids enter and not buy. We mentioned to the manager, he said let them be it’s the end of summer. There was no room in the pool area for paying hotel guests. The area was all outside people using the chairs, etc that...

« Didn't stay there. Websight said vacancies, i booked. When i got there they said they were full. They shuffled me off to their friends motel that i had stayed at before and did want to stay again because of mould. Exhausted, I stayed. Got sick, went to hospital. All arrangements between friends carried out in language i did not know. I felt ' managed' and basicaly an inconvenience to these men. »
